Code of Ethics

 

The owner, managers and employees of J & L Restoration & Cleaning, Inc., are proud of our profession and restoration work we perform. We are committed to our obligation in providing the best possible service to all of our customers, and as professionals, we subscribe to the following Code of Ethics.

 

As professionals qualified by experience and training to engage in insurance damage restoration, we accept a special responsibility to deal competently and fairly with homeowners and insurance companies alike.

 

We will prepare our estimates with the intention of charging a fair price for an excellent job. We will limit the scope of our estimates to the damage involved, as we perceive.

 

We will not prepare an estimate for more or less than the restoration requires.


We will not enter into an agreement with a property owner, insurance adjuster, or subcontractor to give or receive rebates or compensation not specified in our estimate.


We will keep abreast of new research and development in fire, water, vandalism and related damage restoration to give our customers the benefit of the most effective techniques available.


We will keep adequate job records and administer our company's affairs in accordance with the accepted business and accounting procedures.

 

Our estimates and opinions will reflect our best professional judgment and nothing else.

Our firm provides competent restoration and coordination of property damage by water, fire, smoke and other disasters. The technicians will do their best to restore the property correctly, as soon as possible, never forgetting that the comfort of the customer comes first.
